No, to qualify for commission, the travel agent must initiate the reservation. Bookings made directly by guests are not eligible for commission, and agents/agencies cannot be retrospectively added to a reservation.

If you prefer not to share booking correspondence with your clients, you can initiate a reservation by contacting us. We will provide you with the correct form to fill in with their details. Once we receive the form, our team will then reach out to you with payment details. Payments can be made in full or according to our installment plans as described in our Payment Plans page. After the initial payment, we’ll create the reservation and send the confirmation to your preferred email and, if desired, to your client.

Alternatively, you can make a reservation directly on our regular ticketing platform here. Please note that only one reservation is allowed per email. If you choose this option, contact our Reservations Team at reservations[at]mediterraneametalcruise.com with the booking confirmation and the email used for the reservation to register it for commission.

To make payments on behalf of your clients, you may contact our Reservations Team at reservations[at]mediterraneametalcruise.com. Our Reservations Team will be able to apply payments directly to your clients booking.

To register your travel agency, please complete the form above and provide all the requested details. Upon processing your request, you will receive an email from one of our representatives with the Collaboration Agreement to sign, along with a request for additional supporting documentation. For US agencies, this may include an IRS W-9 form, while non-US agencies may need to provide a W-8 form or details such as legal entity name and address on letterhead, along with relevant certificates (ARC/IATAN, CLIA, etc.). For Canadian agencies, documents such as the TICO license or GST might be required.

Please ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted within two weeks of your agency’s registration to maintain eligibility for commission.

We don’t function as a travel agency and do not handle hotel bookings, flights, or ground transportation. Τravel agencies can provide clients with a complete travel package, covering the cruise, airfare, and ground transportation. Upon registering your agency, you can book your clients on Mediterranea Metal Cruise and earn commission on your agency’s bookings.

If you’re an independent travel agent, you can register as long as you have a CLIA or IATA certificate.

Commissions of 10% are calculated on the net cabin fare, excluding hotel fare, insurance, and taxes and fees. Payments are processed via wire transfer to your designated bank account, 60 days after the completion of the event. Please be aware that failure to submit the required documentation within two weeks of your agency’s registration may result in ineligibility for commission. Active reservations at the time of sailing are necessary for commission eligibility, and cancelled reservations are not commissionable.
