Here is the complete breakdown of everything included in your fare for Mediterranea Metal Cruise 2026, optional upgrades available, and what you’ll need to arrange on your own.
Your Stateroom
Private cabin, daily housekeeping, full access to ship venues during MMC26.

All MMC concerts, onboard events and exclusive MMC activities ashore included.

€115 onboard credit per person, $85 excursion discount per person and Essential Wi-Fi included.
1. Your Stateroom & Onboard Comfort
Your cabin is your private space onboard and your basecamp during MMC26.
- Private cabin accommodation for the full cruise.
- Daily housekeeping with fresh towels & bedding.
- Access to ship facilities (pools, lounges, bars, venues).
- Access to all MMC performance areas as per programme.
2. Meals & Dining
You’re on full board during MMC26 — no need to worry about your meals.

- Unlimited coffee, tea, water, juices
- Unlimited pour sodas with meals
Specialty Dining
- Available à la carte (not included)
- Can be paid with your onboard credit
- Ideal for premium experiences
3. Drinks & Onboard Credit
Every guest receives onboard credit included in the fare. You can also upgrade your credit with optional packages for more flexibility during your cruise.

- €200 credit (+€35 bonus)
- €300 credit (+€55 bonus)

- €750 credit (+€175 bonus)
- €1,000 credit (+€250 bonus)
Important Notes
- Packages are per person; each guest may choose a different option.
- Buying a package updates your personal credit to the new total shown (it replaces the included €115).
- Credit can be spent on anyone onboard, not just the purchaser.
- Packages are purchased in USD and credited onboard in EUR.
- Bonus credit applies only when pre-booked (not when purchased onboard).
Example: Choosing the €300 credit (+€55 bonus) package for $225 USD updates your personal onboard credit to €355 total. If both guests want €355 each, two packages must be purchased.
4. MMC Festival Access
- All MMC concerts on board included
- All onboard MMC events & themed activities included
- Exclusive MMC-hosted activities ashore in port (where indicated in the programme)
- No separate festival pass required
5. Excursion Discount
- $85 discount per person on pre-bookable excursions
- Discount applied only when excursions are pre-booked before the cruise
- Excursions remain optional and are not included in the fare
6. Essential Wi-Fi
- Included Wi-Fi for browsing, email, and messaging
- Streaming or heavy use may require a paid upgrade from the ship
7. Taxes, Service Fees & Government Charges
Port Fees & Gratuities (Included)
Your MMC26 fare already includes:
- All mandatory port fees
- All standard onboard gratuities
No surprise “service charges” at checkout for these items — they are fully included in your fare.
18% Service Fee (Applied Onboard)
Celestyal Cruises applies an 18% service fee to:
- All drinks purchased onboard
- Specialty dining
- Laundry services
This fee is automatically deducted from your onboard credit for drinks or specialty dining, so you don’t need to pay anything extra when ordering. For laundry services, the fee is charged directly to your cabin account. This is a standard cruise line policy and not an MMC charge.
Greek Sustainable Tourism Development Fee (Government Tax)
Greek Law 5162/2024 – Article 27 requires all cruise guests to pay a government-imposed Sustainable Tourism Development Fee for each port where they go ashore.
For the season Nov–Mar, the fee is:
- €4 per person – Santorini & Mykonos
- €1 per person – All other Greek ports
MMC26 Example (if disembarking at all ports):
- Nov 2 — Lavrio → Mykonos → €1 + €4
- Nov 3–6 — Patmos, Rhodes, Santorini → €1 + €1 + €4
Total Government Taxes: €11 per person
This amount is collected onboard by the Celestyal Cruises on behalf of the Greek government (more info →).
8. What’s Not Included
- Flights to/from Athens, Greece
- Transfers to/from the port
- Hotels before or after the cruise
- Optional excursions beyond the $85 discount
- Drinks & dining beyond your credit allowance
- Spa, onboard shops and casino spending
- Travel insurance & any visa costs

- You already have €100 onboard credit + €15 bonus per person included as part of your MMC26 booking. This means you start with €115 total credit per person to spend on drinks or specialty dining.
- When you purchase an additional credit package, the bonus is added to your existing credit. For example, if you buy a €200 package (+€35 bonus), your new total will be €350 (€115 included + €235 from the new package).
- Please note that all onboard inclusions (dining options, Wi-Fi, excursions, and credit usage rules) are managed directly by the Celestyal Cruises and may be subject to change at any time. Should there be any updates, we will inform you promptly.
- An 18% service fee is applied by Celestyal Cruises to all drinks, specialty dining, and laundry services. This charge is automatically deducted from your onboard credit or charged to your cabin account.
