Your cabin is your private space during the journey, available in different categories depending on comfort and location.

Specialty restaurants are optional.
Every guest receives €100 onboard credit (+€15 bonus) per person, already included in your MMC booking. This credit is automatically added to your onboard account. Service charge included. No tipping required.
The credit can be used for any drinks ordered at any of the onboard bars and for meals at specialty dining venues.

How credit upgrades work
- The €100 credit (+€15 bonus) is already included by MMC
- You may upgrade to a higher total credit tier if you wish
- You only pay the difference to reach the selected total
- Packages are per person; each guest may choose a different credit tier
- Credit can be used for anyone onboard
- Packages are purchased in USD and credited onboard in EUR
- Bonus credit applies only when pre-booked
Example: Your booking already includes €100 credit (+€15 bonus). If you choose the €300 credit (+€55 bonus) tier, you pay $225 USD, and your personal onboard credit is updated to €355 total.

Service fees & government taxes
18% Service Fee (applied onboard)
Celestyal Cruises applies an 18% service fee to:
- All drinks purchased onboard
- Specialty dining
- Laundry services
For drinks and specialty dining, this fee is automatically deducted from your onboard credit, no additional payment is required when ordering. If your onboard credit is fully used, any additional drinks or specialty dining charges (including the service fee) are simply charged to your cabin account. For laundry services, the fee is charged directly to your cabin account. This is a standard cruise line policy and not an MMC charge.
Greek Sustainable Tourism Development Fee
Greek Law 5162/2024 (Article 27) requires all cruise guests to pay a government-imposed Sustainable Tourism Development Fee for each port where they go ashore.
Nov–Mar rates:
- €4 per person — Santorini & Mykonos
- €1 per person — all other Greek ports
MMC26 example (if disembarking at all ports):
Nov 2–6 — Mykonos, Patmos, Rhodes, Santorini, Lavrio → €4 + €1 + €1 + €4 + €1
Total government taxes: €11 per person
This amount is collected onboard by Celestyal Cruises on behalf of the Greek government (more info →).

- Drinks & dining beyond your onboard credit
- Spa treatments, onboard shops & casino spending
- Travel insurance & any visa costs
All onboard inclusions, including dining options, Wi-Fi, excursions, and credit usage rules, are managed directly by Celestyal Cruises and follow the cruise line’s operational policies. In the event of any updates or changes, guests will be informed promptly.
